HR Officer - BWY

Support end-to-end payroll processes Ensure all payroll components (salary, benefits, allowances, deductions, taxes) are accurate and processed within timeline Perform detailed checks and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy Manage employee administration Maintain proper and up-to-date HR documentation and employee records Support recruitment processes Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and administrative matters Develop and maintain HR trackers using Excel (including formulas, automation, and data validation) Prepare periodic HR reports (e.g., headcount, payroll summary) Support internal and external audits related to HR and payroll
Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (critical requirement) will be an advantage: Formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, etc. Minimally 2 years of HR experience in banking and financial services preferred Familiarity with Access EasyPay payroll systems preferred
