Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding ensuring a seamless experience for all.

- Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and empathy.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable.
