Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Discipline
- Ensure employee compliance with company rules, policies, and procedures
- Prepare and issue Notices to Explain (NTE) and assist in disciplinary processes
- Assist in handling employee concerns, grievances, and counseling
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and records
Recruitment & Workforce Support
- Assist in plant recruitment and hiring processes
- Update and maintain job descriptions
- Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements
Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Assist in the administration of benefits such as HMO, leave management, attendance incentives, and other company programs
- Monitor benefits processing for plant-based employees
- Support payroll-related documentation and employee records
