HR Officer job vacancy in Kempton Park.
A well-established organisation operating within the logistics and supply chain sector is looking for an experienced HR Officer to provide the full spectrum of on-site Human Resources support across multiple divisions.
The role is responsible for managing HR Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, Payroll Administration, and Employee Relations, including CCMA representation.
The successful candidate will work closely with employees, management, and external service providers to ensure efficient HR operations, compliance with labour legislation, and the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures within a fast-paced operational environment
Location: Kempton Park, Johannesburg.
Salary: R60 000 – R65 000 per month, CTC.
