Responsibilities & Duties
- Ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
- Experience in designing and facilitating training programs, particularly in soft skills and behavioral competencies.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience in employee engagement and development initiatives is an advantage.
