Job Description
- Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Maintaining accurate employee records and updating human resources information systems
- Providing support for employee onboarding, orientation, and training
- Processing payroll and timekeeping
- Preparing disciplinary notices for employees
- Handling employee inquiries and addressing HR-related concerns
- Collaborating with managers to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Participating in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
- Continuously improving HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency
Salary Range
- 15,000 - 17,000
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM
