Responsibilities
- Facilitate end-to-end recruitment process from role planning and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding
- Implementing strategies for company branding
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
- Supervise and train other HR associates
- Perform other job responsibilities and duties as assigned by immediate superior
Qualifications
- Preferably a Bachelor’s/College Degree holder in either Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Business Management or any related courses, but not required
- With at least 2 years overall experience in HR
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with Recruitment Strategies is an advantage
- Keen attention to details, highly organized, and can work with minimal supervision
