Our client, a well-established manufacturing company is seeking to appoint a HR Officer , based in the Umhlanga area.
The HR Officer will build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to deliver effective and value-driven HR services to management and employees. The role will also support the organisation’s strategic goals and ensure HR practices remain aligned with business objectives
Key Performance Areas
- Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders
- Implement and maintain effective Industrial Relations (IR) systems, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate and drive performance management processes in line with set timelines
- Develop and implement succession planning and talent management strategies for critical roles
