Location: On-site at Mine (North-west province , 30 mins from Sun city, 60 mins from Rustenburg)

Duties:
- Manage end-to-end HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, and terminations
- Administer payroll inputs, benefits, and employee records
- Draft and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation
- Manage employee files, leave, and attendance registers
- Support performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Ensure compliance with South African labour laws (BCEA, LRA, EE)
- Handle HR administration, employee relations, and liaise with the community when required
