JOB PURPOSE:
Drive employee engagement and People & Culture initiatives to enhance overall employee experience and strengthen company culture. This role is responsible for designing and executing engagement programs, internal communication, recognition initiatives, and CSR activities, contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Employee Engagement & DEIB Initiatives
- Plan and implement employee engagement programs focusing on Physical, Mental, Spiritual, and financial wellbeing
- Support DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) initiatives aligned with company strategy
- Monitor engagement effectiveness and investment efficiency and continuously improve programs based on employee feedback
