Job Description
Employment Contract Preparation
- Draft employment contracts using approved templates.
- Confirm job details and employment terms with managers.
- Ensure legal compliance and timely delivery of contracts.
Pre-Employment Documentation
- Collect and track onboarding documents (IDs, work rights, qualifications).
- Follow up with candidates and maintain compliant records.
Employee Data Management
- Enter new hire information into the HR system accurately.
- Maintain and audit employee records for accuracy.
- Process updates for promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Cadet Screening & Interview Coordination
- Review applications and conduct phone screenings.
- Shortlist candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
- Support candidate communications throughout the process.
