Job Description
Recruitment Support
- Assist in posting job openings and screening applicants
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
- Help with onboarding and pre-employment requirements
HR Administration
- Assist in maintaining 201 files and employee records
- Prepare basic HR documents (contracts, memos, COEs, NTEs using templates)
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and timekeeping
- Consolidate payroll-related data for submission
Employee Support
- Assist in responding to employee inquiries and concerns
- Support documentation for disciplinary and administrative matters
- Help implement HR policies and company rules
Compliance & Reports
- Assist in documentation for DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
- Prepare simple HR reports (headcount, attendance, recruitment updates)
Qualifications
