RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment and onboarding of staff
- Monitoring employee performance and KPIs
- Handling staff discipline and HR documentation
- Coordinating training and probationary evaluations
- Maintaining employee records and attendance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws
- Organized, fair, and discreet
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Comfortable handling discipline and difficult conversations.
