Job Description
- Support the recruitment process by drafting job descriptions and conducting interviews.
- Assist in employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth integration.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide support for employee development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or in Human Resources or related field.
- At least 2 years of professional HR experience.
- With experience in payroll and admin
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Willing to work in angat bulacan
