Responsibilities
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Handle employee relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and policy questions.
- Payroll preparation and ensure accurate attendance and employee data.
- Administer benefits programs, government mandates, and company policies.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports, memos, and documentation as needed.
