Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience as HR Generalist.
- Working Experience in Construction Industry.
- Strong knowledge of general HR Functions (recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee relations)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
