Job Title: HR Generalist
Job Summary
The HR Generalist is responsible for performing a wide range of human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, benefits administration, training coordination, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role supports both management and employees by promoting a positive workplace culture and efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring, onboarding)
- Facilitate new employee orientation
2. Employee Relations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records and 201 files
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and disciplinary documentation
- Assist in performance evaluation processes
- Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution
