Job Description
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related in field.
- With at least 1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws or HR practices.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Handle employee relations concerns, disciplinary actions, and admin hearings.
- Coordinate training, performance evaluation, and HR programs.
- Support management on HR related matters.
