Qualification

- Atleast 1 year experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) is an advantage.
