Job Description
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Assist in managing employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Participate in onboarding new hires and facilitate training programs.
- Maintain employee records and assist in payroll processing.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 0–1 year of experience in HR or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
