Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and introduction to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all new hire documentation is accurately completed and filed in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and requests for information.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues by conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and providing guidance to employees and managers.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
