Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new hires
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Administer payroll , benefits , and leave programs
- Oversee employee relations, investigate and resolve employee concerns or complaints
- Assist with performance appraisal processes and employee development plans
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Conduct HR orientations , trainings, and exit interviews
- Prepare HR documents (e.g., employment contracts, memos, warnings, etc.)
- Support organizational changes and improve HR processes
- Liaise with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, etc.) for statutory requirements
