Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence of employees to established rules, policies, and procedures to maintain a smooth flow of operations and a disciplined work environment
- Monitor manpower requirements, absenteeism, performance, and attrition rate
- Assist HR Manager in maintaining and periodically reviewing job descriptions to optimize manpower utilization fairly and effectively
- Update employees’ job descriptions regularly, assist department managers in preparing job descriptions for new positions, and recommend new organizational structures
- Maintain, update, and consolidate plant’s organizational chart/table of organization
