What the role is:
You will be a key contributor to a broad spectrum of HR policies and implementation that aims to achieve SID’s vision as a ‘Choice Employer’.
What you will be working on:Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to devise, review and implement HR strategies and policies in one of the following domains - (i) Welfare Services and (ii) DisciplineWelfare Services
- Work with key stakeholders to design, review and drive policies and implementation relating to staff welfare and benefits, to ensure SID remain effective in promoting staff retention
- Work with key stakeholders to devise and execute employee‑related benefit schemes and payments (e.g., Leave, Medical) to meet SID’s intent of upholding staff morale
- Run outplacement policies and processes to ease SID officers into their retirement years
- Run awards nomination and ceremony to recognize outstanding or long serving officers
