What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in supporting both recruitment and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while collaborating closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract candidates through multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, internal databases)
- Conduct interviews at various stages, including initial screening, phone, and in-person/virtual interviews
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Present shortlisted candidates and provide insights to internal stakeholders
- Prepare job offers and support the end-to-end hiring process
