Job Description
Receive, execute and deliver daily HR transactions in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that committed service standards are met/exceeded Ensure quality employee data maintenance in the HR system and address data discrepancies promptly to support accurate data analytics and reporting Respond to staff enquiries and work closely with Employee Services Partners and/or other HR teams to resolve service issues Maintain dashboards and manage regular reporting to internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities Assist in monitoring and processing claims and payments with accuracy and timeliness, and coordinating with relevant parties to address related queries where required Contribute to periodic audit and compliance reviews by internal and external auditors Partner HR teams and colleagues across geographies to ensure prompt delivery of HR support actions Participate in regular process reviews and contribute ideas to improve processes to achieve better efficiency and productivity
