Job Description
Responsibilities
- People Management: Supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of junior HR staff and team leaders.
- Performance Evaluation: Design, roll out, and monitor the company-wide performance appraisal system and KPI tracking.
- Employee Relations (ER): Manage grievances, lead labor-compliant disciplinary actions, and drive workplace conflict resolution.
- Comp & Benefits (C&B): Oversee timekeeping processing, statutory government contributions, and HMO enrollments.
- Engagement: Lead plant-wide culture initiatives, employee feedback programs, and team-building events.
- Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing site policies strictly comply with Philippine labor standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Psychology, HR Management, or any related field.
