What you’ll do:
- Own and optimise our HRMS across the full employee lifecycle
- Lead payroll accuracy & compliance (UAE regulations, EOS)
- Drive automation & AI across HR processes
- Build insightful dashboards (Power BI) to support decision-making
- Enhance employee experience through digital HR solutions
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, and data integrity
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in HR operations / systems / analytics
- Strong expertise in HRMS, automation, and reporting
