- 34 years of HR experience with leadership role.
- Proven hands-on HR experience within the UAE is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law HR policies and employee relations.
- Experience managing contracts HR documentation and compliance frameworks.
- Real estate industry experience is preferred.
- Confident structured and able to work independently.
