About The Role
The HR Operations Manager is responsible for the hands‑on delivery and continuous improvement of all core HR processes across the business . This role ensures that HR activity is executed efficiently, consistently, and at pace to support business performance and growth. Working closely with the Head of HR, this role focuses on operational excellence, ensuring recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance processes are delivered to a high standard across all locations. This role is critical in strengthening the operational delivery of HR across the business. By focusing on execution, consistency, and team capability, the HR Operations Manager will enable the HR function to operate efficiently and support ongoing business growth.
