Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Human Resource or other related course
- Preferably 3 years related working experience (experienced in HR Head work related)
- Well-versed in presentation of reports and recommend improvement activities
- Has sharp attention to detail
- Has the ability to work independently but can also work with others in a team environment
- Good communication skills & detail-oriented
Basic Function
- To manage the entire operations of Human Resources and Administrative Services
- Attains organizational effectiveness through manpower planning, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, and employee relations
- Delivers administrative services and management of general services needs
