About the Role
The HR Operations Manager oversees centralized HR operations and ensures efficient delivery of HR support services across the organization. The role leads core HR functions including employee services, payroll coordination, HRIS administration, onboarding, benefits administration, records management, and end-to-end employee lifecycle support.
Key Responsibilities
HR Shared Services Operations
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure timely delivery of HR support services.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, job movements, and HR documentation.
- Ensure achievement of service delivery KPIs, SLAs, accuracy standards, and turnaround times.
- Standardize HR operational processes across the organization.
