Alida is looking for a hands‑on HR Manager to help shape and run a modern, technology‑enabled HR function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building efficient systems, leveraging automation, operating as a high‑impact team member, and managing two team members – a Payroll/Benefits specialist and a Recruiter. You’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day people operations while streamlining a scalable approach powered by AI‑powerful technology/systems and/or agents.
What You’ll Own and/or Support:
HR Administration across the employee lifecycle to include:
- Onboarding
- Offboarding
- Payroll
- Compliance
- AI Technologies
- AI Enablement
- Optimization and management of HR systems that align and support Alida’s agentic objectives
- Designing and/or implementing automated workflows to reduce manual work
- Acting as the primary point of contact for employee support and HR operations
