For our client, a leading international private bank, we are seeking a :
HR Operations Officer (9 months)
Responsibilities
Perform HROperations tasks : background screenings, onboarding, issuing work certificates, tracking of documents and absences, eMails, checking employee data, settling of invoices from vendors in adherence with deadlines, etc.
Acts as a liaison between different HR teams and also HR and employees in the organization; this would be a particular interface function for numerous tasks and processes
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation according to bank policies and procedures
Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees related to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate HR colleagues or management
