**Responsibilities:**
- Handle HR requests promptly and conclusively, including clarifying complex requirements from stakeholders in selected HR processes
- Create job requisitions and select appropriate selection tools, methods, and channels
- Process all incoming job applications (email, paper, and system-based) and screen candidates for data quality, qualifications, and special conditions
- Maintain candidate database, generate recruitment reports, and ensure accurate recruitment statistics
- Organise and plan Assessment Centre procedures for all corporate units
- Ensure all necessary documents and approvals are received and accurately entered into the system
- Resolve process disruptions, track service quality issues, and escalate complaints following established procedures
