About the job HR Payroll Executive (Bank, Perm)
Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly payroll processing for Singapore and support tax filing for employees.
- Track and maintain employee training records (e.g. mandatory e-learning, internal/external courses).
- Coordinate annual reviews, budgeting exercises, and HR reporting (headcount, appraisals, etc.).
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with internal policies and data retention.
- Support recruitment coordination, onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and regional offices on HR matters.
- Provide admin support including travel arrangements, expense claims, stationery orders, etc.
- Prepare HR‑related risk reports and support internal/external audits.
- Ensure all HR filing systems (physical and digital) are up to date and well organized.
