• Review and manage incoming job applications
• Assist with candidate communication and scheduling
• Maintain organized employee records
• Support onboarding and hiring documentation
• Prepare and verify payroll information for processing
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data
• Work alongside management to improve hiring processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer knowledge (email, forms, data entry)
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
