Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing infographics, newsletters, presentations, and videos to communicate Total Rewards programs effectively.
- Using Canva and Google Workspace tools to produce visually appealing content aligned with the brand.
- Collaborating with the Total Rewards Manager to develop and implement communication plans.
- Planning and promoting holistic wellbeing events to enhance employee engagement.
- Collecting employee feedback on communications and suggesting improvements to boost satisfaction and engagement.
About You
