Job Title: HR Portal Content Specialist
Position Overview:
This role supports the build-out and day-to-day maintenance of our knowledge bases in ServiceNow HRSD. In this highly collaborative role, they will work closely with the Global Content and Portal Manager, other Content Specialists, Content Owners and the Product team to maintain and continuously improve our knowledge bases and portal, ensuring it is easily accessible to our 28,000+ employees.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains and updates HR portal content and manages use of tools, standards, and process, including authoring, provisioning, tagging, publishing, auditing, and providing input/feedback on HR portal content organization.
- Updates, creates any information that supports and encourages self-service delivery on the HR portal.
