Elevate HR processes with CAAT as the Lead, HR Process & Documentation in Toronto. This hybrid position will focus on crafting standardized HR documentation and processes.
In this full-time role, you'll spearhead the creation and documentation of HR policies. With a strong emphasis on consistency, you will assess current processes, identify gaps, and implement frameworks for effective governance. Key Responsibilities:
