Role title: Contractor: HR Process Migration Consultant Duration: 3 months Location: Midrand Role purpose
To migrate HR automated solutions from Share Point Designer to Power Apps and Power Automate while enabling internal capability through knowledge transfer and structured training.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership 1. Automation Migration Execution Assess and catalogue all existing Share Point Designer workflows and forms Prioritise migration backlog based on business impact and complexity Execute end-to-end migration to Power Apps and Power Automate within agreed timelines Validate migrated solutions to ensure functional equivalence and improved performance Resolve migration risks, dependencies, and technical issues proactively 2.
