Therefore they seek a HR Recruitment Specialist to help in the research, design and development of a returners to work Talent attraction initiative
As a HR Recruitment specialist you responsibilities will include:
* Work with internal stakeholders, senior managers and peers to define and develop a fit for purpose returner to work initiative
* Build an effective returner to work programme and utilise available resources to ensure ROI
* Develop methods and processes to enable a saleable solution
* Develop and implement data recording mechanisms and process to allow for analysis and reporting
