Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee end to end recruitment for all positions within the company
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (Online postings, Referrals, Job fairs, Partnerships)
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks as needed
- Ensure timely processing of hiring and onboarding of new hires
- Supervise, guide, and direct recruitment specialist
- Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers for recruitment planning and updates
Qualifications
- Preferably with a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead
