Responsibilities
Managing the recruitment and induction process to ensure we attract, recruit, retain top talent and keep track of recruiting metrics.Ensuring that the company's pay scale complies with federal laws and regulations and overseeing compensation and payroll.Working with managers to help develop promotion and retention strategies for existing employees.Handling employee reward systems such as bonuses, merit raises, and pay-for-performance plans to ensure that raises are handled correctly and fairly.Working closely with the Regional HR Manager to undertake staff communication meetings to ensure alignment with Asia Pacific regional initiatives.Maintaining and improving Health & Safety systems and achieving Health and Safety Objectives.Creating action outputs from the appraisals in relation to personal development, disciplinary action,...
