Organization Development Implementing HR policies and strategies which are aligned towards achieving business objectives and driving business growth
Talent Acquisition, Retention & Termination Develop new recruitment strategies to expand and retain workforce
Perform on-going hiring and selection of suitable candidates
Provide end to end on-boarding and off-boarding of employees and dentists
Evaluate and amend terms of employment based on business needs
Compensation and Benefits Develop criteria for pay increase and promotion for employees
Periodically research on HR best practice and adapt appropriately to suit business needs
Coordinate, plan and budget for clinic dinners, kick off meetings and incentive trips
Work with external agencies (such as MOM, MSF, etc) for application of levy waiver, childcare leave, maternity leave
Payroll Payroll processing for employees and dentists
Timely updates for leave application. Generate monthly attendance and leave rep...
