Responsibilities
The HR Services Analyst is responsible for executing EMEA HR operational processes with a high degree of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. These include preboarding, benefits administration, offboarding, employment verification, leave administration, contract management, and PR/PO processing among other responsibilities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of progressive experience in EMEA HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a similar HR role with demonstrated EMEA‑specific operational scope.
- Demonstrated, hands‑on experience managing EMEA HR operational processes across multiple countries, including familiarity with EMEA employment laws, benefits administration practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Oracle HRMS and ServiceNow (or equivalent service management platform) for HR transaction processing and case management.
