As an HR Sourcing Specialist, you are the scout of our recruitment team. While a Recruiter manages the interview process, your mission is to find the people who aren't even looking for a job yet. You specialize in the top of the funnel—using creative research, digital networking, and data‑mining to identify and engage high‑potential talent before our competitors do.

- Passive Talent Identification: Use advanced search techniques (like Boolean search) on LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other niche platforms to find hidden candidates.
- Outreach & Engagement: Craft highly personalized, compelling messages to grab the attention of busy professionals and sell them on our company’s vision and culture.
