Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a HR SPEC, Position Description Number T5932000 and is part of the OH HRO, National Guard. The purpose of this position is to perform work of at least 25% in at least two but no more than four specialization areas for a total of 100%. Duties are performed to either Army (ARNG) or Air National Guard (ANG) organizations and the full-time workforce within the State. Responsibilities As a HR SPEC, GS-0201-9, you will perform the following duties: Provides counseling to management, employees, annuitants, and family members of deceased employees by interpreting, applying, and explaining retirement and insurance laws, regulations, and policies on available retirement insurance benefits, death benefits, entitlements/options.
