This National Guard position is for a HR SPEC (EMPLOYEE BENEFITS) (TITLE 5), Position Description Number PDT0057000 and is part of the Mississippi National Guard. Responsibilities As a HR SPEC (EMPLOYEE BENEFITS) (TITLE 5), GS-0201-7, you will serve as a Human Resources Specialist in a developmental capacity. This is a developmental position leading to the next position of a Human Resources Specialist, GS-0201-09, in one or more specialized personnel areas. Duties and responsibilities of the position are essentially the same as that of the full-performance PD with the exception of additional training, supervision, guidance, and direction necessary until incumbent attains the full-performance level of experience.
