This National Guard position is for a HR SPEC (INFORMATION SYSTEMS/MILITARY), Position Description Number T5858000 and is part of the KS 184 Wing, National Guard. Responsibilities As a HR SPECIALIST (INFORMATION SYSTEMS/MILITARY), GS-0201-11, you will to plan, organize, administer, and troubleshoot the operation and data base integrity of the Military Personnel Data System in support of military human resources management functions. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must have 3 years of experience in analyzing problems to identify significant factors, gathering pertinent data, and recognizing solutions; planning and organizing work; and communicating effectively orally and in writing.
